What a weekend for The Citadel! On Saturday, our Bulldogs showed the true heart of this program with a come-from-behind win over our archrival VMI in The Military Classic of the South.
When adversity hit, our young men didn’t blink. They trusted their preparation, leaned on each other, and finished strong — the very definition of our Blue Collar Bulldog Mentality. Hard work, discipline, toughness, and belief in one another — that’s what drives this team.
That victory wasn’t just about the players and coaches. It was about all of us — the Corps of Cadets, our loyal fans who stayed loud until the final whistle, and our donors and sponsors whose support makes it all possible. You help give these young men the opportunity to grow, compete, and represent The Citadel with pride.
We’ll enjoy this one for a moment, but our mission continues — to keep building a program that reflects the honor, discipline, and excellence of The Citadel.
